Make a Change to Your Eating Plan Today

Snack: After another 2 to 3 hours you'll get another snack.

Make sure you eat at least 3 hours before you go to bed. This will allow the body to burn fat throughout the night instead of food that is eaten right before going to sleep.

It is important to make wise decisions with your meals. A good system will help you do that. You don't just want a meal replacement, you need with a meal plan and a fitness program that you can use at your own level. It doesn't matter if you need to lose 10 pounds or 100 pounds. It's just important to get the right amount of fruits, vegetables, beans, low-fat dairy and lean meats. Your meal plan should provide and teach you how to eat moderate amounts of protein and good fats to keep you full of energy.
