Another effective way on how to stay young looking is to use sunscreen everyday on your face. The sun has harmful UV rays which will age the skin. Even the computer and the television emit such harmful rays. With sunscreen, you are protecting your face and skin from damage. Protect your lips and eyes as they tend to get dry, dull and wrinkled quickly due to the thin skin surrounding them.

Use anti-aging products that are sold in the market these days. There are anti-aging creams, facial washes, exfoliants, lotions, and make-up. Exfoliating the skin also maintains its youth look and feel as it removes dead skin cells and stimulates skin elasticity and collagen production. Get facials, cosmetic procedures, glycolic peels, and body wraps for skin tightening. If you suffer from rosacea, undergo light therapy from a dermatologist.

Your hands also give tell-tale signs of aging therefore apply sunscreen lotion on them daily. You can also get paraffin wraps to moisturize your hands. Exfoliate your hands with body scrubs as well. Wear gloves if you need to do household chores.

Take care of your hair and nails because shiny hair and well-maintained nails make you look young. Trim your hair regularly and use the right kind of shampoo and conditioner. If you have thinning hair, take hair vitamins. Buff and file your nails and apply nail conditioner on them.

Avoid stress because this will make you look old. Stress can be eased with mediation, yoga, Pilates, and body massages. Exercise regularly as this releases hormones called endorphins which make you happy; thus, making you look younger.
