Effective and Simple Ways to Get Your Body Slim and Toned

 Appropriate diet and regular exercise are not only beneficial to your health, skin, and muscle, it is not a denying fact that it also prevents weight problem.Inadequate exercise and unhealthy eating habits are two major reasons for skin and weight problems. There are other reasons which can indirectly affect your skin like menopause and pregnancy when there is hormonal change.

I personally incorporate exercise, proper diet and to be stress free as much as possible to be free from sickness and diseases. The saying goes, prevention is better than cure.

7 steps to achieve your body slim and tone:

1. Proper diet

Eat right is essential to control how you look, remember to eat 70% full and always include protein, vitamin C, A, B, E, fiber and carbohydrate in your meals.

2. Exercise regularly

Regular exercise is crucial to maintaining your health. Exercise three to five times a week and 30 mins each time is good enough to keep your heart and body healthy.

3. Sleep Well

6-8 hours of sleep is essential for your body to get enough rest. Getting too little sleep or even too much appears to spell trouble for the heart. A new study suggests that if you sleep fewer than 7.5 hours a day, you are at higher risk of heart attack, stroke and sudden cardiac death.

A sound sleep is also very important, the worst thing in the world is to try to sleep and not to, so try to drop things down on a piece of paper before going to sleep, this avoids your mind spinning at night for the unaccomplished task.

4. Stress free

Adopt the "don't worry be happy" attitude in life, try to let go, this will help you to reduce stress.

5. Detox your body

It's well known that over 90% of human diseases come from a congested (constipated) colon. Unhealthy food and highly processed foods brings problem to the digestive system, which results in colon problems. This will accelerate the aging process. There are ways to prevent the body from developing diseases over time. Cleansing and detoxing your body to get rid of some of the causes of disease is a must in your life. This can be done by drinking adequate amounts of water to eliminate waste.

6. Outdoor activities

Nature has everything to offer if you are willing to indulge. Regular outdoor activities such as cycling in the park, mountain climbing will help you breathe in clean fresh air.

7. Include enzyme and anti-oxidants in your life

Enzymes and anti-oxidants protect the body against the harmful effects of these free oxygen radicals. Enzymes in a cell allow the cell to carry out chemical reactions very quickly. These reactions allow the cell to build things or take things apart as needed. Anti-oxidants can remove free radicals, which causes diseases such as cancer and premature ageing. Anti-oxidants are rich in vitamin A in the form of beta-carotene, vitamin E and vitamin C.
