Healthy Skin Without the Cost


 People go through so many appointments, products, and regiments all to simple get their idea of "flawless skin" but what they many fail to realize is that you can't fix the outside if the inside isn't as fixed. We tend to forget that your skin is a fickle aspect of your face, on good days it's nice, on bad days something goes wrong. The littlest things make the greatest impact on out face from what do eat, feel, and wear. So rather then going from product to product and doctor to doctor, here are some simple everyday things you can do in your daily routine to get better looking skin.

Green Vegetables

It goes without say that vegetables are something that should be apart out our diet but we tend not to include it. Aside from it simply being good for health, it is very good for your skin as well. Green veggies contain high amount of vitamin A, which helps deliver smooth looking and feeling skin.

Citrus Foods

Citrus foods tend to be quite dependable on one's taste buds, but what you should know is how much they benefit you. Things that are high in citrus such as orange, lemon, and grapefruit contain vitamin C that keeps your face in tact. In other words, vitamin c helps your skin to be more firm and smooth, prevents it from sagging.

Whole Grains

What's a good rule of thumb? Do not eat processed food, so if you have a lot of whites in your pantry, such as white bread, replace with wheat. Wheat bread is unprocessed that means that it doesn't contain any additives while being packaged. Now, what how are whole grain foods helpful? Well, they contain Vitamin B which is an active ingredient in it that helps provide you with clear and moisturized looking skin.

Olive Oil

Olive oil is quite a versatile substance of use. How does it help your skin? Olive oil contains linoleic acid, which is something that restrains all the liquid in your body from being absorbed up. So using olive oil as a moisturizer is a good replacement for all the creams and lotion that you use. Simply dab a bit on your fingers and rub it into your face. Not only that, olive oil is said to help prevent skin cancer and help rid of certain cells that lead to aging.

You don't need to spend so much money to get good looking skin, live a healthy and natural life, it sticks in the long run.
